Recruitment Index are proud to represent our client in the search for an experienced and highly organised Finance Administrator to join their team in Enfield.

You will be providing support to their accounts team on a full-time permanent basis. Experience with bookkeeping would be helpful but not essential.


No AAT qualifications required

Duties will include:


  • Collating, scanning and matching orders and delivery notes
  • Composing and updating job cost invoices
  • Inputting invoice information onto software such as Sage
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Answering inbound telephone calls
  • Directing enquiries to the correct team member
  • Providing support to the accounts and operations team
  • General organisation and maintenance of the office

Person spec:


  • You will demonstrate a cando attitude
  • Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
  • Organised with a high attention to detail
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • An understanding of Sage or similar software (training provided)
  • Experience of bookkeeping would be ideal but not essential
  • You must be able to reliably commute to Enfield.
