CUSTOMER SUCCESS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - DENTAL

JOB DESCRIPTION

Background:

Job purpose:


To focus on supporting the needs of our customers, with the overall aim of maintaining strong customer relationships through effective onboarding, support, success, and training to maximise customer engagement and retention.


You will be responsible for:


  • Assisting with onboarding practices, to arrange, book and carry out setups on all cross products, making sure to maximise product adoption.
  • Manage priority lists of those likely to churn.
  • Carry out ongoing training and follow up sessions from managing own client accounts to reduce overall churn.
  • Manage and deal with own cancellations, to overcome objections and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage renewals on all cross products.
  • To deal with general success calls on the helpline by providing exceptional customer service, making sure response times to tickets are dealt with against agreed targets.
  • To provide continual feedback from customers for ongoing
development of the software to reduce churn.

  • To present and assist in carrying out lunchtime webinars on iComply, to further aid customer support.
  • Maximise on any upsell opportunities, collaborating with the sales team.

The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Customer Success Account Executive are:

Essential

  • Experience within a Customer Service Focused role
  • Confidence and "can do" attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and take on various activities.
  • Must work well within a small team.
  • Able to work on their own initiative (after training)

Desirable

  • Experience within a software support environment
  • Experience with customer retention.

Additional Information
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sheffield or Holsworthy, Devon.

Job type:
Full-time, permanent, some out of hour's work may be required from time to time.
