We are a professional building and maintenance company whose head office is in Dudley, West Midlands. We are seeking a Multi-Trade Maintenance Operative to start immediately on a permanent full-time basis.

Working for both house builders and housing associations, you will be required to attend occupied housing to carry out various maintenance and snagging issues.

We require our operatives to demonstrate competence in the following areas.

Carpentry - Replacing skirting and architrave, replacing kitchen worktops and units, replacing doors and ironmongery.

Painting/Decorating - Plaster patching and re-painting.

Tiling - Replacing tiles after plumbing repairs and grouting.

Must have experience working on new build housing and in occupied houses.

You are required to be able to work on your own and complete the works provided. Attention to detail and tidiness is key.
Must hold valid CSCS Card.

You will be provided with a van, uniform ppe etc.

20 days holiday plus bank holidays. Pension scheme after probationary period.
Full-time Monday to Friday possibility of overtime and weekend work.
