Our client is looking for a Training Administrator on a contract basis, located in Aberdeen.


ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and update databases, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of administrative activities.
  • Welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientations where required.
  • Help organize company events, meetings, including logistics, catering, and accommodations, liaising closely with logistics department.
  • Stay updated on relevant industry trends and best practices in administrative support.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
