Our client is looking for a Training Administrator on a contract basis, located in Aberdeen.ROLE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update databases, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of administrative activities.
- Welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientations where required.
- Help organize company events, meetings, including logistics, catering, and accommodations, liaising closely with logistics department.
- Stay updated on relevant industry trends and best practices in administrative support.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
