Description
The key responsibilities of this customer service advisor role include:
- To be the first point of contact for the service user
- To answer all incoming telephone calls and redirect them appropriately
- Responsible for inputting new referrals onto the data systems
- Provide information to callers, responding to enquiries for information
- Using the electronic patient systems
- Enter appropriate data onto CRM systems
- Identify referrals requiring immediate response
- Effectively manage incoming and outgoing post
- To establish priorities, work independently
Profile
The successful customer service advisor will have
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficient on computer, systems and IT systems (Word, excel proficient)
- Ability to organise workload and deal with pressure
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
