This customer service advisor role, based in Luton, is a good opportunity for someone who is looking to enter a new role within a public sector and government organisation.

This role is a 3 month minimum temporary position providing a great opportunity forsomeone ideally who is immediately available.

Description
The key responsibilities of this customer service advisor role include:

  • To be the first point of contact for the service user
  • To answer all incoming telephone calls and redirect them appropriately
  • Responsible for inputting new referrals onto the data systems
  • Provide information to callers, responding to enquiries for information
  • Using the electronic patient systems
  • Enter appropriate data onto CRM systems
  • Identify referrals requiring immediate response
  • Effectively manage incoming and outgoing post
  • To establish priorities, work independently

Profile
The successful customer service advisor will have

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proficient on computer, systems and IT systems (Word, excel proficient)
  • Ability to organise workload and deal with pressure
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
