Finance Manager based in
Milton Keynes for a well-established Engineering company.

_Summary of the_ Finance Manager _role _

Salary:
Competitive

Location:
Milton Keynes

Type of Contract:
Permanent, Full time

Hours: 08:30 - 4:30, Monday - Friday

_The role _
As the
Finance Manager your role will involve the following important duties:

Managing a team of 3 direct reports.
Financial accounting and reporting through to Statutory Reporting.
Management reporting, and leading on budgets, forecasts etc.
Maintain accurate monthend close folders to external audit.
Lead on the annual budget process including periodic forecasts and projections.
Prepare monthly P&L.
Leade in the production of Year End file.
Lead on external audits as required.

_The experience required _
As a successful
Finance Manager , you will have the following:

Accountancy qualification.
57 years of relevant Finance experience.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a small team is essential.
Strong IT skills with advanced Excel skills.
Accurate with strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
