Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

£24,000-£26,000
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in
Totton for a
Stock Controller.

This is a
permanent full-time position, and you would be responsible for control of all stock within our client's warehouse facility and dealing with any customer queries.

This is predominantly an office-based role, but there is a need for a hands-on approach when checking stock.

Duties & Responsibilities

Customer query resolution
Stock checks and cycle counts to ensure physical and system amounts reconcile
Organise and manage stocktakes
Help implement and run Track & Trace
Liaise with Operational Management on all aspects of inventory management
Use of Warehouse Management Systems
Ensuring all staff are adhering to thorough checking processes

Experience

Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System is essential
Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential
Must have experience of working in a stock control / inventory management role
Overall knowledge of Warehouse procedures and processes
Excellent communications skills
Works well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
