Description
We are looking for an experienced tester to join a software development team for 6 months.

The team is working on a number of projects, creating software which provides geospatial data APIs and user interfaces.? Programming is done in Python.

Description

  • Design, create and run automated tests
  • Perform manual testing
  • Plan and control system testing and user acceptance testing
  • Champion quality across the team
  • Adapt and learn new technologies as required (e.g. geospatial systems).

Profile

Essentials

  • Python
  • Test Automation
  • API testing
  • Load testing
  • Current SC clearance required

Desirable

  • TypeScriptbased web frontend testing framework, e.g. Playwright or Cypress
  • Azure DevOps
  • Geospatial technologies
  • Automated unit testing in Python
  • Test management experience: planning and executing UAT.
