Description

We are looking for a bright, hard-working Customer Services and Sales Assistant to help with a variety of administrative tasks.

You will be working with the Sales Director and Customer Services team and will be an important part of helping to bring in new sales and keep our existing clients happy.

The role would suit someone with experience in administration and sales.

You will be helping us with tasks such as:


  • Taking on a bank of existing clients and managing their daily orders
  • Confirming orders have been sent and providing tracking details
  • Setting up new products on various portals and ensuring we are selling everything we possibly can across all our clients
  • Providing accurate and positive responses to sales enquiries
  • Being a support to the larger team and providing holiday cover
  • Being sales focussed at all times

Who are we?
All Jigsaw Puzzles Ltd is a small company based in Hatherleigh, Devon. We have a busy warehouse that manufactures a variety of products, primarily jigsaw puzzles, but also personalised gifts and geography equipment


We make and sell our own products and sell worldwide through our various websites and marketplaces, as well as to trade customers.

We are a friendly bunch and work closely together to keep everything running smoothly.


Requirements and Skills Needed

  • Full time working in Hatherleigh, hybrid working is not available
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Organisational skills
  • Previous Sales and admin experience
  • Selfsufficient we are small, fast moving team
  • Great attention to detail in all things

Nice to have:


  • Experience with Shopify and Linnworks or a CRM system
  • Proficient with Excel

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 95pm and one half day on Saturday every 4 weeks. No Hybrid working available

£19,500.00 per year
