LECTURER:
Leadership, Management & Peer Mentoring

Location:
HMP Erlestoke, Devizes, SN10 5TU

Hours: 37.5 per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary:
Up to £36,890 per annum

Reporting To:
Education Manager

IN SHORT**Milton Keynes College have an opportunity for a passionate Leadership, Management & Peer Lecturer who believes in the power of transforming lives through learning. If you can effectively engage with learners and can demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, we would like you to be part our education team based at HMP Erlestoke.

As a Leadership, Management & Peer Lecturer, you will be actively engaging prison-based students with creative classes and resources delivering skills.

Many of the students have a diverse range of needs and learning abilities, they will often have had a negative experience with education.

As a successful Leadership, Management & Peer Lecturer, you will truly inspire them and provide students with a positive learning experience.
