Customer Service Advisor - Redhill, United Kingdom - Resource Solutions
Description
We are looking for someone with strong experience within a customer background and can comfortably deal with customers via phone or online.
If you have customer service experience, can work in a fast-paced environment, able to deal with incoming calls and answer general queries - we would love to hear from you You will work within the Travel Team, with full training provided.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Training: 2-3 Weeks paid training will be delivered by the training development team at AXA
Start dates:
February 27th
Contract Length: 3 Months with potential to be extended

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support and deliver customer servicing via call answering and handling general enquiry 'what if' calls.
- Promote the best image of the company through a professional manner, personal appearance and behaviour and adhere to company standards and procedures. Maintain the highest level of personal conduct.
- To ensure that any complaints arising from advice given is responded to promptly
- Maintain claims records and ensure the claims system is accurate and up to date at all times
- To ensure that advice is in accordance with company policy, settled in accordance with insurer's
- Liability and all decisions communicated to the insured's effectively with a copy retained on file.
Skills Required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The sensitivity and empathy to deal with customers who may be distressed by their reasons for making an insurance claim
- The Ability to remain calm and pay attention to detail.
- Computer literate (MS Office)
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
Up to £13.45 per hour
