Hours:
Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm (with some flexibility on start and end times)


Overview:


Acting as a dedicated resource (as part of a larger team) for a very reputable, professional client, based in Brierley Hill at a 1st line (and occasional 2nd Line) Level.

The role will provide a professional support service with a positive customer centricapproach.

Responsibilities:


  • Proactively managing service delivery between onsite resources, inhouse team, remote helpdesk and head office project team
  • Testing of updates / system changes, assisting with deployment and pre/post golive support
  • Provide a first line response for local server issues
  • Project work required
  • Manage own call queue to SLAs
  • In receipt of support from Field Support and Senior Helpdesk Analysts

Desired Experience:


  • Active Directory (creating and managing user accounts within AD)
  • Group Policies (creating and managing what are they, how they are enforced)
  • Exchange (management of user accounts, 'how do I' support advice, access requests)
  • Office365 (troubleshooting, migration and management of user accounts)
  • Azure
  • Terminal Server (trouble shooting connection issue)
  • Windows Server (troubleshooting)

Miscellaneous:


  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
  • 23 days annual leave rising to 2 Qualifications allowance payable upon successful completion of funded accreditations
  • Overtime allowance
