'''Duties'''- The role will be part time from 10 am 2 pm
- Main part of the role will be liaising between the Directors and the Marketing team
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in data entry and record keeping
- Manage and update company databases and filing systems
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
