HR Recruitment Officer - Sheffield, United Kingdom - Reed Business Support
Description
I am currently recruiting for an HR Recruitment Officer to work at a forward thinking public sector organisation based in Sheffield.
The role will be Hybrid and would be office based for 3 days and home based the other 2 days.
Duties will include:
- Support the delivery of the recruitment process, ensuring procedures are followed in a timely and efficient manner. This will include arranging interviews, liaising with the relevant HR Business Partner(s) and line managers
- Advise recruitment managers on the recruitment schedules, including supporting with the development of appropriate job adverts and role profiles
- Ensure accurate letters of appointments and contracts are issued in a timely and efficient manner
- Process new starters, ensuring all relevant information in inputted in the HR system in a timely manner, once signed contract of employments and offered letters are received
- Support the maintaining of the HR vacancies page, liaising with the appropriate HR Business Partner to ensure information is published in line with organisational standards
To be successful in this role you will have the below Skills & Experience:
- Be studying for a CIPD qualification or have equivalent experience
- Have experience in managing a high volume of recruitment campaigns
- Be able to evidence dealing with high volume, deadline driven requests effectively
- Have previous experience of working within a HR environment
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be customer focused and able to demonstrate an understanding of customer needs
