PART-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT


We have a very exciting role for an ambitious Part Time Office Assistant who is looking for a long-term career within the admin sector.

You will be joining a small, friendly team who are bursting with passion to welcome a new team member into their busy office based in Barnsley Town.


Benefits:

- £ per hour (DOE)

  • Monday to Friday 9am 3pm (Flexible hours available)
  • Ongoing role
  • Internal training provided

Duties:


  • Checking clock ins, completing clock reports and putting this data onto a spreadsheet ready for payroll
  • Data inputting, use of excel, spreadsheets and various bespoke systems (training provided)
  • Completion of various paperwork as and when needed.
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls, directing these to correct departments.
  • General reception duties, greeting and signing in visitors and communication with onsite drivers

Skills:


  • Strong organisational skills would be essential
  • Computer Literate, use of excel, Microsoft and word is required
  • Previous admin or office experience would be a benefit
  • Excellent telephone manner and relationship building skills
  • Brilliant eye for detail
  • Positive attitude towards learning new skills
