The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our successful European Sales team.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Administrative tasks
- Liaising with customers
- Managing stock allocation and replenishment
- Highlighting overdue sales and resolving issues
- Extensive and timely liaison with our internal despatch team
- Planning and scheduling of manufactures details
- Attendance at key meetings
- Processing of orders
- Extensive liaison with European Sales Executives with the UK and across Europe
The requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will be a positive and dynamic individual and will have the following essential skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work well in a pressurised environment
- Exceptional telephone manner
- IT literate with working knowledge of key Microsoft packages
- A problem solver with good calculation skills
