Manchester City Council are currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager to work full time on an initial 3 month basis with the possibility for extension.

Compliance Manager - Mechanical & Electrical


As a Compliance Manager - Mechanical & Electrical you will lead and manage the team in the delivery of the planned Maintenance & Servicing Programme, as well as providing M&E support to the Repairs Service.

You will possess strong financial and budgetary skills and regularly monitor the team and repairs partner to continuously improve the delivery of services, whilst ensuring full compliance to all regulatory and statutory legislation


You will have the ability to work collaboratively with the repairs partner to ensure the consistent delivery of a cost effective customer focused service.


A great team player with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels and able to challenge established methodology; break down barriers to change to achieve a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
