Based at Mortec Office Park, LS15 we provide a professional Planned and Reactive maintenance Service to various clients including Supermarkets.


You will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, logging and managing jobs from point of request, updating clients and ensuring all details are in place to guarantee the smooth running of all works.

It is essential you are a great organiser, have brilliant communication and people skills.


Main Purpose of the Role:

The smooth running of planned and reactive works is the heart of Jupiter.

This role requires the development and scheduling of Engineers to provide an efficient services that not only benefits our clients but is cost effective to Jupiter.

Striving for inventive strategies that push boundaries to make sure we meet the busy demands of our service.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:


  • Planning and allocating work force resources for reactive and planned works.
  • Managing jobs from point of logged request, to job completion, ensuring we have gained accurate information required to attend, diagnose and bill successfully.
  • Maximising productivity for Engineers by reducing travel and aborted call outs.
  • Continuous development of technical knowledge on the equipment, to assist with prioritisation, engineer/skill allocation and support for clients.
  • Purchasing required parts available to arrange return visits to fit parts and complete jobs.
  • Ensuring all systems are updated as the jobs are in motion, from point of request to job completion.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Previous experience desirable.
  • Good time management and being able to prioritise meeting conflicting deadlines.
  • Outstanding written communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Logical thinker.
  • Flexibility and have the confidence to adapt in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional administration and organisational skills.
  • A credible individual who works well with others who is sociable and maintains professional relationships across various departments.
  • Construction/ Facilities Management experience would be advantageous.
