Job description
With continued growth we are seeking to recruit a
Graduate Health Physicist/Trainee Radiation Protection Adviser (RPA).

The role will report to an experienced Senior Health Physicist/RPA who will act as mentor and provide on the job training and support, in addition, we will fund the externally provided and recognised formal postgraduate training needed.

The post holder will be responsible for providing technical support to a range of clients including undertaking site inspection visits, producing technical reports, undertaking calculations, reviewing client documentation, producing procedures, reviewing the results of radiological surveys, reviewing personal dosimetry results, undertaking radiation risk assessments, undertaking predicted dose assessments and producing radiological design basis for new facilities.


Qualifications and Requirements:

You will need a
relevant science degree such as radiation protection, chemistry, physics, biology or environmental science.

You
must currently live and have the right to work in the UK.

The post holder
must hold a UK driving licence.

Experience of effectively working with a range of office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Pay:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
