Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team.

The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by handling inquiries, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records in the company database.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Generate reports on sales activities, trends, and results for management review.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in customer service and sales administration processes.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Basic IT knowledge to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Pay:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
