Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team.
The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by handling inquiries, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in the company database.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Generate reports on sales activities, trends, and results for management review.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in customer service and sales administration processes.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic IT knowledge to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Fluency in English is required.
Pay:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
