    Description

    **Job Title:** Service Delivery Expert

    In this critical role, the SDE will be responsible for maximizing operational performance and efficiency for services delivered within their Region, through a team of experienced engineers. They will collaborate closely with the SOM, regional team, and SDE community to drive performance that meets and exceeds Digital Energy's targets for safety, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Additionally, they will inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and high CSAT scores.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure Safety is the top priority by leading the team in adhering to HSE policies and processes. This includes guaranteeing that requirements are met by the team, including RAMS, POWRAs use of PPE, and Near Misses reporting.
    • Support the Service Operations Manager in driving the digital transformation of the existing install base and growing Assets Under Management (AUM).
    • Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager to develop productive and rewarding relationships with key customers in the regional area. This will help grow our business and demonstrate the value of Schneider Electric.
    • Understand the region's financial commitments and work with the Service Operations Manager and local team to meet budgets and forecasts. Identify new opportunities and deliver them, focusing on software upgrades and transitions.
    • Be the first line of escalation for technical issues encountered by the service team. Provide assistance and support when necessary.
    • Evaluate service quality and satisfaction across the region, initiate improvements to drive increased team performance, and inspire process and behavioral change among your team to consistently improve customer satisfaction ratings.
    • Take ownership of the team skills matrix and provide guidance on future training requirements.
    • Ensure the service team stays up-to-date with technical and product updates. Develop and share best practices among the team and other SDEs, and serve as an ambassador for the SDE role.
    • Work with the team coordinator to ensure the service team is fully utilized and we achieve or exceed our operational commitments to our customers when delivering PPM, reactive repairs, or Field Quote works.
    • Embody and become a role model for Schneider Electric processes and policy adoption. Deliver service in the region to the highest ethical standards.
    • Collaborate with EUP and Sales teams to influence and support sales activity within Eco Buildings business. Also, promote products and opportunities to drive cross-business sales opportunities.

    Skills and Attributes:

    • Demonstrate related work experience in a field service environment with customer-facing engagement, positive CSAT feedback, and Field Quote success.
    • Build strong customer relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
    • Knowledge and experience of Schneider Electric products and software solutions.
    • The ability to own and follow through on commitments to completion.
    • Ability to work independently without supervision.

    Education:

    • Hold a degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline (Engineering and/or Business) or equivalent experience.
    • Possess a full driving license.
