The Role of Medical Services Coordinator


The company has strong growth ambitions and as the Medical Services Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the expansion in the UK.

As the Medical Services Coordinator you will:

  • Act as an Administrator for the copy approval team, ensuring compliance with the ABPI code of ethics in the certification of promotional material.
  • Assist the National Contact Person (NCP) and the UK Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (UK QPPV) in delivering pharmacovigilance services.
  • Support other PV activities e.g., individual case management and processing
  • Answer medical information calls
  • Conduct monthly / annual reviews of regulatory documents
  • Review and write SOP's, risk assessment forms, CAPA's and change control documentation
  • Quality complianceassisting with the management of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Ensuring compliance with EU PV legislation and internal SOP's
  • Proof reading documentation and label artwork
  • Managing archiving systems
  • Verifying suitability of customers and suppliers
  • Provide support and coordination for various medical services.
  • Assisting with the preparation of audits / inspections
To be considered for the role of Medical Services Coordinator, you'll need the following skills and experience:

  • Degree or similar level of experience in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Selfmotivated, can multitask and work to strict deadlines
  • Computer literate
