New Permanent Requirement - Salesforce Delivery Lead

Location - London

I am working with a leading Financial services provider based in London who are looking to expand their IT team by bringing in a Salesforce Delivery Lead to support in a C2C transformation project.

_Role responsibilities:
_

Provide technical support across the IT teams promoting best practices within salesforce
Engage with internal teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and break down into actions
Monitor Projects identifying any issues
Deliver end toend delivery of continuous business improvements

_Required Skillset:
_

Experience in delivering Conga or Salesforce programmes previously
Proven experience leading teams through the entire development life cycle
Project managment skills including the ability to prioritise tasks in an agile environment
A strong technical understanding of Salesforce configuration, customisation and integration
Any Salesforce or Scrum Master certifications are desirable
