Customer Service Agent

Due to continued growth of our business, we are now seeking a highly motivated individuals to join our Milton Keynes Operations team on a full-time basis. The positions can be challenging, rewarding and require a high level of commitment. Training will be provided in house by existing members of the Operations team.

Responsibilities:


  • Communication with drivers and customers
  • Chasing depots for updates
  • Rearranging deliveries and collections
  • Client contact for updates on deliveries/running reports
  • Updating of inhouse Management/IT systems
  • General administration

Skills

  • Experience within similar roles,
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • Good IT literacy.
Previous experience within the shipping/transportation or freight forwarding industry would have an advantage but is not essential.

Own transport is required due to location


Hours

  • Full time
  • Monday to Friday 8am til 5.30pm
  • Saturday on a rota basis day in lieu during the week

Salary:
£11.00 per hour
