Our client is a financial services business located in Manchester.

They are seeking a Senior Assurance Manager to lead a small team reviews all areas of the company with exception of 'financial risk' departments.

The scope of the role covers both 'business-as-usual'and change projects.
The Senior Assurance Manager will lead the development of the risk-based assurance plan. You will both deliver and supervise team members delivering reviews, including planning, scoping, testing, documenting, and reporting. The company aims to operate a 'no-surprises'approach and manages stakeholder relationships in a consultative manner.

This role offers an excellent work-life balance, with two days required in the office and three days working from home, along with an attractive salary and benefits package.
