Description

Reed Property and Construction are working alongside our client who are looking to add a Building Surveyor to their team on a long-term assignment.

This position is initially temporary but is ongoing until December.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm


Hourly Rate:
£ £23.01p/hour DOE


Daily Duties -

  • Asset maintenance and management
  • Property Maintenance
  • Visit sites to conduct surveys on bathroom and kitchen replacements
  • Overseeing Asset Officers and providing technical advice
  • Stock Condition Surveys
  • Responsible for their own admin work
  • Driving Licence
  • Previous experience within property maintenance
  • Ability to confidently carry out Stock Condition Surveys
  • Experience with a housing association or local authority would be advantageous
