Delivery Consultant:
Our client, a leading charity are looking for a Membership Administrator to join their team. The Membership Administrator will act as the first point of contact for their members, delivering outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities for the Membership Administrator:
- Managing and delivering the lifetime journey for their members
- Manage and facilitate compliance and outstanding customer service to our members
- Processing tasks relating to suspension, cancelation or withdrawal of certificate or membership, accordingly to quality procedures, as well as any additional membership processes
- Ensuring all enquiries and tasks are actioned in an efficient, timely and appropriate manner
- General Account Management and administrative tasks to support the member experience
- To track, monitor and produce performance reports on service delivery across the business.
- Prepare monthly reports on membership account status
- Prepare account packs for monthly/quarterly member reviews
- Attend monthly/quarterly member reviews
