Octopus Energy Services is building a field force of engineers and support staff to install a whole load of low carbon technology, including Electric Vehicle Charging points.

It is a crucial tentacle of the business and we aim for it to run as smoothly as possible with the help of our Field Support Specialists

The role:

• The Field Support Specialist role is a broad one, involving a spectrum of responsibilities. Your role will focus on ensuring a smoothly run Field Operations team that is able to work as effectively as possible.
• The role will also utilise your analytical skills to report error patterns to relevant stakeholders and ultimately improve operational efficiency and the customer service experience.
• This is an opportunity to get under the skin of what it means to operate an energy company endtoend and gain an indepth understanding of a dynamic industry.

Details:

• We will invest in your professional training and development
• Shifts are 8 hours between 8am 10pm weekdays, on a rota basis. Weekend shifts occur every 6 weeks, for which you'll get a weekday off in lieu
• Salary: £21,500.00 per year
