Position:
Part-Time Sales and Customer Service Assistant

Hours: 16-24 hours per week (including some Saturdays) and holiday cover

Location:
Sutton Village, at our Boudoir Photography Studio

Are you passionate about sales, customer service, and empowering women? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and friendly individual to join our team at the Boudoir Photography Studio in Sutton Village.

If you have a background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a helpful manner, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:


Sales:

• Engage with clients and assist them in choosing images and selecting luxury products.
• Utilize your sales skills to guide clients through product options, offering advice and recommendations.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, helping them feel comfortable and confident.
• Answer inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about our confidencebuilding photo shoots.

Communication:

• Utilize excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to reach out to potential leads and book appointments for photo shoots.

Studio Support:

• Assist in the daytoday operations of the studio, ensuring smooth workflow and a positive experience for clients.

Requirements:

• Background in sales and customer service is preferred.
• Helpful and friendly attitude with a strong desire to assist clients.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly on the phone.
• Confident and engaging telephone manner for lead generation and appointment booking.
• Passionate about empowering women through our Boudoir Photo Shoots.
