Amicus Networks is an expanding Telecom and IT company which supplies business's with Telecom and IT Solutions.We are recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist for our Newbury office.
The Role
- Dealing with technical IT, Hosted Telephony, Broadband and Mobile related issues
- Logging issues with our CRM ticketing system
- Remotely accessing customers computers and networks to resolve issues
- Attending customer sites to install new systems.
- Liaising with Vendor support teams to resolve issues product related issues
- Updating customer knowledge base
Required Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hard worker with a desire to ensure that customer satisfaction is paramount
- Clear and concise telephone manner
- Quick learner
- Team Player
- Good technical knowledge and understanding
- Previous IT Support experience
- Experience with Office 365, Mac and Windows operating systems
- Office based role
- 20 days holiday per annum
- 9am 5:30pm Monday to Friday
