Description
Amicus Networks is an expanding Telecom and IT company which supplies business's with Telecom and IT Solutions.

We are recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist for our Newbury office.


The Role

  • Dealing with technical IT, Hosted Telephony, Broadband and Mobile related issues
  • Logging issues with our CRM ticketing system
  • Remotely accessing customers computers and networks to resolve issues
  • Attending customer sites to install new systems.
  • Liaising with Vendor support teams to resolve issues product related issues
  • Updating customer knowledge base

Required Attributes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hard worker with a desire to ensure that customer satisfaction is paramount
  • Clear and concise telephone manner
  • Quick learner
  • Team Player
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding
  • Previous IT Support experience
  • Experience with Office 365, Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Office based role
  • 20 days holiday per annum
  • 9am 5:30pm Monday to Friday
