Fund Controller

£75,000 + bonus

London, hybrid

We are working with a Global Property Investment Manager, seeking a Fund Controller within their Debt Investments team to take ownership of a billion-dollar debt fund.

The Fund Controller will be responsible for liaising with all the borrowers and internal teams to ensure the debt fund is launched efficiently.

There is direct line of progression to the Senior Fund Controller within the Debt Investments team.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of Pan-European openended funds, overseeing all day to day operations and ensuring these are upheld for the development of all funds
Oversee preparation of endtoend accounting processes, including consolidations, reporting process, financial statements and investor reporting and requests
Producing cash management for the single debt fund, liaising with investors regarding distributions, funding to borrowers and assisting fund managers
Contribute to the loan agency function by producing interest payment statements and compliance testing, which will then be outsourced to a service provider
Assisting with the structuring of new debt investments and production of due diligence
Manage a portfolio of both direct and indirect property assets, under UK reporting requirements
Communicating with the Banking Team and borrowers to oversee the efficient production of pledged accounts
Liaising with external advisers with regards to audit and tax compliance
