    Job Overview

    This Senior HR Advisor role presents an exceptional opportunity to become a pivotal member of a prominent Wiltshire business's HR function. As part of an experienced team, you will have the chance to hone your skills and contribute significantly to organisational growth.

    The ideal candidate will be a confident and resilient HR professional with a proven track record in building strong relationships. Key responsibilities include:

    1. Delivering daily HR services and administration in accordance with established policies and procedures.
    2. Driving improvements to HR services by streamlining processes and identifying areas for enhancement.
    3. Providing expert advice and guidance on HR matters, collaborating with managers and staff to find effective solutions.
    4. Serving as a primary point of contact for international HR initiatives, including visa procurement and staff transfers.
    5. Fostering a culture of consistency, transparency, and fairness through proactive promotion of HR policies and services.
    6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, establishing trust and credibility.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 3+ years' experience within an HR department, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • A high level of understanding of confidentiality requirements.

    Estimated Salary Range

    $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
