Imagine the freedom of working from home.
***No tiring commute. No grimacing as you see the fuel gauge go up, up and up. But most of all the time you save. Time that can be better spent doing a million and one things.

But it's not just that is it? It's the trust factor.

It's the knowledge that your employer trusts you to do your job and do it well without them peering over your shoulder.

That's what this firm offers (oh and a load of other stuff we will come on to). They trust their employees to do a good job and know that working from home provides a better balance to your life.
And because they make it an environment in which you'll keep learning, they keep you happy and productive. It's a win for all parties.

This specialist investment division of a pension consulting firm has grown its BDM team.

To ensure they and the IFA firms they serve get the right support, they need to add to their business support team.

Which is where you come in.

You'll work with 6 BDMs who deal with IFA/financial planning firms, promoting a DFM service to them. You'll produce reports, prepare the team ahead of meetings and be the face of the onboarding process. So you'll not only be a great organiser you'll also be comfortable as a relationship manager.

Salary is to £40,000 plus there's 4 x DIS, income protection and a pension (up to 7.5% employer contribution). There's even a profit share based on performance.
***
You'll be home based in the South East (there will be occasional travel for meetings).

This is a business that prides itself on its staff's professional development. They have their own learning platform and create their pathways for their employee. It has several employee led community groups to focus on diversity and inclusivity. You will work from home but you won't feel "remote".
You'll have worked within the financial services intermediary and know this market well. Or you'll be a financial planning administrator seeking a change. You'll be good on the phones, enjoy dealing with people and be a good organiser.
