Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team.We are a family run plant and tool hire company, who also offer site accommodation and a full range of powered access platforms.
Our success comes from providing excellent customer service and interest in ongoing training of our staff.As a hire controller you will be the primary contact for our customers.
You will deal with the hire process from beginning to end, from customer enquiries, on hires, off hires and anything in between.
You will be required to complete all administration relating to hires. You will coordinate deliveries, collections and calls for the fitters.Some cleaning and light maintenance of plant machinery and tools will also be required this is not a completely desk based role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exemplary organisational skills, to liaise with drivers, fitters etc... To ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong Route planning skills.
- Strong IT skills, Microsoft office etc. We will provide training with our bespoke hire software.
- A confident and flexible attitude.
- The ability to thrive under pressure and work to deadlines.
- An excellent attention to detail.
Other useful but not essential skills include:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in the plant hire or construction industry.
