Bookkeeper
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll duties
- Prepare invoices for billing clients
- Prepare bank deposits
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Manage ACH deposits and wire transfers
- Maintain vendor relationships and work with them on their tax filings
- Assist with sales tax filings
- Assist with sales tax filings
- Assist with tax returns preparation for clients
- Assist with monthly financial statements preparation and review with CEO & COO
- Other duties as assigned by CEO & COO (i.e., processing of invoices, reconciling of bank accounts, managing of cash flow)
Education and Experience:
Required: Associate degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college or university with at least 3 years of relevant experience in an accounting position.
Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred. Experience in accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus but not required. Experience in bookkeeping is preferred but not required.Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary:
£15.00 per hour
