Our client is a leading fleet management company dedicated to delivering exceptional services to its clients. The company is committed to excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.


Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable receptionist to join the team at Birmingham Business Park on behalf of our client.

This is a full-time position for the initial 3-week period, transitioning to part-time (3 days per week) thereafter.
The pay rate for this position is £12.02 per hour.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals within the company.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
  • Support other departments with various tasks as needed.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Work Schedule:


  • Fulltime for the initial 3 weeks.
  • Transitioning to parttime, working 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
  • 8am5.30pm
