Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable receptionist to join the team at Birmingham Business Park on behalf of our client.
This is a full-time position for the initial 3-week period, transitioning to part-time (3 days per week) thereafter.The pay rate for this position is £12.02 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals within the company.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Support other departments with various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Work Schedule:
- Fulltime for the initial 3 weeks.
- Transitioning to parttime, working 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
- 8am5.30pm
