Our client is a leading fleet management company dedicated to delivering exceptional services to its clients. The company is committed to excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable receptionist to join the team at Birmingham Business Park on behalf of our client.

This is a full-time position for the initial 3-week period, transitioning to part-time (3 days per week) thereafter.
The pay rate for this position is £12.02 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals within the company.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Support other departments with various tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Work Schedule:

Fulltime for the initial 3 weeks.
Transitioning to parttime, working 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
8am5.30pm
