About the Role

As a Content Creator, your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage engaging and compelling content for the brand across various platforms and channels.

You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and promoting our products or services.

Your creativity, communication skills and social media know-how will be essential in creating impactful content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing content calendars, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and analysing content performance to optimise our content strategy.

Overview of Key Responsibilities:

Develop, produce and shoot high-quality, original video and photographic content for various platforms such as websites, blogs, social media and other marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing team members to create visually appealing and engaging content.

Carry out market research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.

Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.

Track, analyse, and report on key content metrics, such as engagement, reach.

Use analytics tools to gain insights into content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise content strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, sales and Regional teams, to gather input, align on content goals, and ensure consistent messaging.

About You
You will be a talented and creative Content Creator with proven experience, particularly in the video space.

You will be proficient in creating and editing video as well as having technical skills with video camera equipment and editiing software.

You will have a strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

We are a fast paced team in a growning business and therefore the aility to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously is key

Please note this office is home based and you will primarily work from home. As a team we do like to get together a couple of times during the month as well as join wider brsk company events from time to time so there will be some travel required each month.

Benefits
Salary - up to £33k DOE
