We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.

As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.


Duties:


  • Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and problemsolving skills
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications:


  • Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade customers
  • Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating discounts
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,225.52 per year
