Finance Support Administrator
TOPAZ Technology Group are a well-established & growing company in Southport, looking for a
Finance Support Administrator to join our small but expanding team.
Based on Lord Street Southport, the position is a full-time, office-based role.
- Processing sales and purchase invoices onto the ledger
- Preparation of supplier purchase orders
- Assist with preparation of monthly payment runs to suppliers
- Preparation of sales invoices
- Production of monthly customer statements
- Supporting the operations team with general admin duties
- Assisting with key projects
- Other admin duties as directed by the line manager
- Training will be provided
- Knowledge of Sage accounting software would be desirable, or training would be given as it is an essential part of our system
- Previous experience working within a finance department is essential
- Proficient with MS Office including Excel
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under your own initiative & independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The role will be fulltime, office based, we offer 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
