Credit Control Administrator
City of London (hybrid - 2 days/week in the office)
Up to £30,000 + excellent benefits
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the credit management inbox
- Supporting the processing and reporting of receipts within strict regulations and time constraints
- Liaising with firmwide stakeholders regarding receipting queries
- Actively recording information on internal systems
- Maintaining and updating daily and weekly reports
- Assisting Team Leaders to monitor progress of departmental queries
- Providing assistance and cover for team members as and when needed
Skills/Experience required:
- Experience of working within a law firm in a similar admin role is highly beneficial but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience of having worked in a high volume environment
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Strong administration skills, ideally within a credit control/sales ledger/finance department
