Credit Control Administrator

City of London (hybrid - 2 days/week in the office)

Up to £30,000 + excellent benefits

Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring the credit management inbox
  • Supporting the processing and reporting of receipts within strict regulations and time constraints
  • Liaising with firmwide stakeholders regarding receipting queries
  • Actively recording information on internal systems
  • Maintaining and updating daily and weekly reports
  • Assisting Team Leaders to monitor progress of departmental queries
  • Providing assistance and cover for team members as and when needed

Skills/Experience required:

  • Experience of working within a law firm in a similar admin role is highly beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven experience of having worked in a high volume environment
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Strong administration skills, ideally within a credit control/sales ledger/finance department
