As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated keen to learn customer focused person that can liase between our agents and also our clients to maintain a constant stream of communication.

What you will be offered:

• A base salary of £24,000 per annum
• OTE £38,000
• Working hours: Monday-Friday 9 am 5 pm
• Working from Home which will be fully expensed

The Job Role:
The key role of Hybrid Remote Customer Associate is to support the company in the following tasks:

• Carrying out Searches and Traces on Defendant's
• Communicating with clients both verbally and in writing
• Setting up new cases on our case management system and supporting the Debt Recovery Team
• Handling personal data and following GDPR Procedures
• Handling time sensitive cases and prioritising workloads

Skills and Experience Required:

• Must be IT literate with Word and Excel and qualified to at least GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent). Will be updating and maintaining case files within a bespoke IT system
• Comfortable working within a team and alone
• Selfstarter and Selfmotivator are key characteristics for this role
• Precision and attention to detail is a must
• A polite, positive and professional telephone manner is required taking enquiry calls and directing to the relative departments and individuals
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced office environment
• Ability to multitask

Pay:
£24,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
