The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has come available for a Learning Consultant to join the Training Hub within the Colleague Experience Team at Diligenta.
As a Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring employees are up to date with the latest regulatory, process changes and policy updates, by providing face to face and virtual training.
You'll be:
- Providing learning and development consultancy which supports the Customer Operations strategy and performance
- Constantly identifying opportunities to improve our training.
- Managing & delivering your own learning events in response to demand from the operation, ensuring transfer of knowledge and clear steps to achieve competency
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive awareness of our products, processes and compliance standards, in order to support the development of our people
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to enable a collaborative approach to agree and collectively shape training needs across the operation
- Developing clear success criteria and evaluate all programmes to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and add value
- Experience in all aspects of the L&D life cycle with a proven track record in compiling
core focus of the role
- Comfortable delivering hybrid and using a variety of digital tools to enhance a hybrid virtual/classroom learning experience
- Driven by an appetite to create and deliver engaging learning solutions which provide a great experience for colleagues and customers
- Focused on delivering outcomes and effectively demonstrating return of investment
- Consultative in your approach with strong collaboration with ability to partner with Stakeholders across our function and identifying their varying needs and priorities
- Honest, transparent and focused on doing the right thing for your colleagues and customers
- A role model for learning, passionate about developing your own skills and knowledge
- Inquisitive and openminded, seeking out evolving and innovative ways to add value to the organisation
Skills (Desirable):
- A professional qualification (or will work towards) in Learning & Development (CIPD, CII, TAP etc.)
- Financial Services experience
- Good project management skills
- Experience of working in a dynamic team with changing priorities
