The Role:

  • Manage, motivate, supervise and support your team
  • Implement behavioral safety and standard operating procedures
  • Oversee and coordinate daily production activities
  • Ensure production targets are met within the specified time frame
  • Train and supervise production staff
  • Have a background within the upvc / aluminium window and door fabrication
  • Previous experience as a production supervisor
  • Be able to manage a team
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Must currently reside in the UK
