Forklift Driver and General assistant
Reporting to:
Factory Manager
Qualifications required for job role:
Counterbalance gas forklift licence
Experience in factory work in a similar industry desirable.
Methodical approach to work
Good communication skills
Good punctuality and ability to work to deadlines
Physically fit as manual handling is involved in this role
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist goods in when required
Keeping machines supplied with material as instructed
Ensure safe use of the forklift at all times
Ensure material is stored correctly as instructed
Maintain safe and clean work environment
Ensure yard and storage area are kept clean to the company standards
Other duties demined necessary by the Operations / Production Manager
Hours of work
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm
To work hours required to meet the company's needs
Salary
Good salary offered dependant on experience
Salary:
From £10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
