Reed HR are working with a Charity based in North London to recruit a Recruitment and HR Shared Services Manager on a full-time, Permanent basis.

Salary circa £45,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus London weighting if based in London.

This job will operate ona hybrid working model with some days worked both in the office and from home each week.

Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:

  • Manage the Recruitment and Shared Services Team to execute daily Recruitment as well as ensuring the team are dealing with queries from internal colleagues, managers, and employees effectively.
  • Document, streamline, and automate HR policies, processes and procedures and make recommendations for process improvement.
  • Provide analytical support for and manage HR responses to compliance auditing projects.
  • Functional Lead for Workday HR System, developing solutions to meet business requirements, testing new functionality, and ensuring resolution of any emerging issues.
  • Lead a team of Recruitment and HR Shared Service professionals, taking responsibility for all development and performance related needs.
  • Oversee the recruitment campaigns for the organisation, ensuring the right talent is being brought into the organisation and processes are efficient.
  • Ensure clear communication of Recruitment and Shared Services performance standards and monitoring of KPI's.
  • Support with any adhoc projects as required by the Line Manager
This is a professional and demanding Recruitment and HR Shared Services focussed role, that is very hands on.

To be successful, it is essential that you have experience managing a recruitment function as well as leading a team.
