Description
Altum Consulting are partnering exclusively with a PE backed Technology firm to recruit a Group Financial Controller. This role is a 12 month FTC and will report directly into the CFO/investors.


Role/responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the audit and the annual statutory accounts process
  • Ownership of Group consolidation
  • Identifying areas of improvement within the Financial Controls process.
  • Forecasting and managing cash flow to support operational and capital investment requirements
  • Reporting and presenting to Private Equity Investors and Debt Providers
  • Implementing and maintaining a documented Global system of accounting policies and procedures

You'll be/have:

  • Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA Years PQE)
  • PE experience
  • Extensive experience working in a controllership role
  • IFRS/UK/US GAAP
  • Excellent influencing/communicating with challenging stakeholders
