Year 6 Teaching Assistant

An excellent, friendly, and thriving Primary School in Greenwich is looking for a confident, creative Year 6 Teaching Assistant to add value to their supportive, successful, and positive team.

This role would begin ASAP as a full-time role in a KS2 classroom.

Within your role as a Year 6 Teaching Assistant, you will assist with the management of the class, carry out interventions preparing for SATS and deliver programmes tailored to children's needs.

_Additionally, this is a perfect role to provide valuable experience for aspiring Primary School Teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, Counsellors, Educational Psychologists_

Year 6 Teaching Assistant

- £85 - £95 per day

Starting ASAP
Fulltime, full academic year, term time only.
Based in Greenwich

About the Year 6 Teaching Assistant Role

Provide support to pupils in a hardworking Year 6 classroom
Work with groups of children to carry out valuable interventions
Assist with students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Speech and Language difficulties
Use your creativity and imagination to excite the pupils
High quality and bespoke CPD provided

Ideal Year 6 Teaching Assistant

Previous experience working with children.
A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for children to flourish within.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and confident to use your innovation to create fun and exciting activities
