Senior CRM Executive - £35,000 - Manchester - Retail

Would you be the right fit to help a thriving retail brand grow their online presence? If you have CRM and Ecommerce experience you could be their next Senior CRM Executive

Our client is a leading brand within the retail sector going from strength to strength as they continue to expand their team.

The Senior CRM Executive will report into the Digital Marketing Manager and sit within the wider Marketing and Ecommerce team.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior CRM Executive

Work alongside the Marketing Manager in delivering an optimised CRM plan whilst considering the best brand delivery of customers through using the most up to date software and processes
Deliver and build CRM campaigns and report on performance
Work with the digital team to make the best use of customer value, and create strategy
Support in the implementation of automated programmes with the objective of adding customer lifetime value
Keep up to date with CRM innovation and processes and recommend implementing them in the business

Skills and Attributes

At least 3 years' experience working in a CRM role
Proven experience working with CRM service providers is essential
Strong experience in a similar industry role (Ecommerce, retail, fashion, Beauty backgrounds)
A quick learner with an 'eye for detail' and a commercial mindset
Proficient using Microsoft Excel and is very numeric
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, where a passion for retail and marketing is vital
