And as a Product Owner with Bellrock, you'll do it by

Being responsible for the defining and overseeing the enhancement of the Concerto platform as part of the Bellrock Group Shared Vision programme.

They will also act as a business analyst and work closely with key stakeholders understanding their current processes and problem statements and will transform these into business requirements, user stories and other documentation to support the product enhancement process.

The product owner will work closely with both internal, external development and project management resources.

To articulate and handover development requirements and ensuring that the development resources being deployed on projects are aligning to the wider programme objectives and timelines.

The product owner will work closely with the Technical Lead ensuring that the product that is being delivered not only meets the needs of our stakeholders, but also helps to move the platform forward from a technical perspective.

The product owner will be intrinsic throughout the development cycle and will be involved in demonstrating developed functionality through show-and-tell sessions, validating functionality being delivered by technical resources and ensuring any solution meets the needs of the stakeholders and serves the strategic vision of Bellrock as a whole, ultimately handing the functionality over to the BAU process already established.

Become a master of Concerto, have a complete understanding of all product modules, purpose and benefits - auditing the product frequently to improve existing experiences and journeys across the Concerto platform

  • Responsible for project managing how we scope, capture use cases and sign off new features, products and functionality
  • Documenting of the business requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment to business needs and strategic vision.
  • Validation of the business processes against any development requirement/user stories
  • Be the key interface between end users / project stakeholders and the development team
  • Help define and ensure that experience design principles are applied across all projects Product Owner | Home based/Leicester / Change and Transformation
  • Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or highfidelity prototypes and collaborate with the software development team to ensure these are deliverable
  • Validation of the functional aspects of any technical proposals created by the software team, ensuring the satisfy agreed requirements
  • Working closely with the software team, validate, test and sign off the software modules that have designed for the product
  • Undertaking show and tells to key stakeholders on functionality delivered. Alongside working closely the QA Lead to document test cases and handover for UAT
  • Working closely with the QA lead to compile detailed user guides for configuration and functionality to handover to stakeholders and the Concerto Support team for BAU
  • Take ownership of the product backlog and assist in developing thoughtful and innovative solutions while fixing UX and design flaws, ensuring that the product meets industry best practices for accessibility/security, etc.
  • Working closely with technical lead & Programme lead on future sprints aligning development resources to the business needs
  • Ensure there is a consistent focus on data, the Concerto product should provide timely and informative insights through dashboards and other in system analytical functionality
