Deliver a professional and courteous service to effectively support SmallBusiness and Residentialcustomers
Handle incoming hunt group and direct calls, meetingKPI's
Make outbound calls to customers andsuppliers
Respond to written communication from customers and businesspartners
Accurately log and update items on contact managementsystem
Accurately set up and maintain customer records and charge information on

billing system

Effectively manage a pool of work allocated by your linemanager
Place and manage customer orders on external portals andsystems
Log and manage customer faults on external portals andsystems
Ensure that internal and supplier processes are strictly adheredto
Liaise with internal and external departments whererequired
Complete any other relevant task as delegated to you by the Customer Experience Team Leader or another seniormanager
Proactively identify opportunities to retain and grow existing customerbusiness

Person Specification:

A minimum of 2 years' experience dealing with small to medium Business customers
Consistently demonstrate a passion for service delivery and a desire to supportcustomers
Excellent communication skills, both written andverbal
Must be computer literate; Microsoft Excel skillspreferred
Be highly motivated and willing to contribute to teamobjectives
An interest in technology and unified communications isdesirable
Must be proactive and able to adapt to changes within the business andindustry
Passionate about technology
Process driven and organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive, cando attitude
Able to manage highpressure situations and enjoy a constant challenge
Able to prioritise workloads
